• Account inactive for more than 12 months consecutive.
• Instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the jjun88 support team. Any valid balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal upon completion of verification, provided there are no active violations.
